Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you offer free consultations?

Yes. We offer a complimentary 30-minute introductory consultation to understand your background, goals, and the challenges you're trying to solve. This session is strictly for scoping — we focus on context, alignment, and determining the right next steps.

It does not include strategic guidance or problem-solving; those are part of paid working sessions or project-based engagements.

  • Do you offer pro bono or reduced-fee work?

Yes — on a limited basis. Silverpeak Strategies is proud to offer pro bono or reduced-fee support for qualifying charitable or nonprofit organizations whose missions align with our values.

Requests are evaluated individually based on scope and availability.

  • What types of businesses do you work with?

Silverpeak Strategies works with small to mid-sized businesses across consumer goods, hardware, manufacturing, e-commerce, and professional services. If you have operational challenges, Silverpeak can help you solve them.

  • Do I need to prepare anything before my consultation?

No formal prep is required. If you have documents, screenshots, or examples you’d like to share, feel free — but we can walk through your challenges together during the session.

  • Are consultations recorded?

Recording is optional. When sessions are held over Google Meet, you may enable recording on your end, or we can record the session for you and provide both the recording and a transcript upon request. For in-person consultations, we can record the session upon request and share a transcript if you would like one.

  • What happens after the consultation?

You’ll receive a follow-up email summarizing the key insights, recommendations, and next steps we discussed. For ongoing support, we can explore a project engagement or fractional leadership arrangement.

  • Do you offer long-term or project-based consulting?

Yes. Longer-term engagements are available and typically scoped through a separate consulting agreement outlining deliverables, timeline, and expectations.

  • What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Consultations can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or last-minute changes are considered completed and are non-refundable.

  • Can you sign an NDA?

Absolutely — confidentiality is important to us at Silverpeak Strategies, especially with operational, supply chain, and trade matters. I can sign your NDA or provide one if needed.

  • Do you work with international clients?

Yes. We offer virtual consultations and meetings, and we are happy to work with clients across the U.S. and internationally.

  • What if I’m not sure which service I need?

Book a consultation and we’ll figure it out together. You don’t need to know the solution — you just need to describe the problem.

  • Do you offer custom training or workshops?

Yes. For teams needing process training, MRP walkthroughs, or trade compliance education, Silverpeak Strategies is pleased to build customized sessions tailored to meet the needs of your business.

  • Are digital templates and tools included with consulting sessions?

Templates and tools are included if they are part of the consulting package you select or if they are purchased separately. We may also share relevant templates during a session when they directly support the work we’re doing.

A full digital resource library will be available for purchase soon.

  • How soon can we start working together after the consultation?

If a project engagement is needed, we typically begin within 1–2 weeks depending on scope and availability.

  • What industries do you specialize in?

Core areas include hardware, manufacturing, e-commerce, consumer packaged goods, professional services, and cross-border trade & logistics.

However, our team is always growing at Silverpeak Strategies, and you should reach out to us no matter what industry you’re in.

  • Can you help my team build better operational structure?

Yes — that’s one of our core strengths. We help teams reduce chaos, improve workflows, clarify roles, and create processes that actually scale.
